MUA Luxe Velvet in Tranquility

Nowadays, many brands launch matte velvet lipstick. I really impressed with Lime Crime which is the velvet effect is so stunning but the price is too high.So many brands try to make dupes of  Lime Crime with friendly price. The price is cheap, its almost half price of LC. Many online shop said that this lipstick is dupes for LC ,so I wanna try this . Is it true ?

Packaging :

Same with LC, matte plastic tube. The size is taller because the amount of this lipstick is in great quantities. The combination of black & gold give the elegant impression.

Ingredients:

Polyethylene, Polybutene, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ozokerite, Isododecane, Dimethicone, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelila) Wax, Silica, Cyclomethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Red 6, Red 7 Lake, Red 27 Lake, Iron Oxides

Formula :

Liquid to matte finish. The formula is not so liquid, a little creamy. Its dry slowly, but when its really dry the colour turns good on your lips. In my opinion, the matte effect just like another matte lipstick. Still makes my lips crack when smiling even not makes my lips dry. Oia, its heavy on my lips, my husband said like I give sticker on my lips. Hahahaha…. So I just put a little amount of this lipstick, so it don’t look I wear sticker on lips again and apparently it dry faster. Well good point of this lipstick is smudge proof, when we drink, the formula doesn’t left behind the glass. But the staying power is so ugly, its gone after you eat.

Actually i really love the colour. Its beautiful brown nude.

Staying Power :

The staying power is good for 6 hours and you must re-apply. Oh, it can less 6 hour if you eat alot. I try to still wear the lipstick without re-apply until the night. You better watch my video to know the result.

What I say :

The lipstick colour is really richly pigmented, one swipe and you can go. The formula is faster dry if you wear it thin amount but if you wear it thick, its takes long time to dry. Standard matte effect, yes its smudge –proof but not long lasting.

Okay, the point is... Its not dupe for LC...
